You should book as early as possible! We’re already scheduling events for 2026, so don’t wait to secure your date!

Yes, we carry $1 million in general liability insurance. If the venue requires a certificate or needs to be added as additional insured, we can easily provide that for you!

The time you reserve is for "operating time." We typically arrive earlier in the day, between 9am and 1pm, to set up. Our staff will then arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure everything is ready. After the contracted time ends, we handle the breakdown and packing up of the booth.

Absolutely! We recommend adding extra time in advance, prior to the event date, as we can’t always guarantee our staff will be available for more hours than scheduled. To ensure availability, please add extra time no later than one week before your event.

Of course! Every event is fully customizable, and your print template will be designed to match your exact specifications. Have a favorite color, font, or logo? We can include those as well!

Absolutely! We’re happy to travel wherever you need us! We’ve been all the way to Santa Barbara and as far north as Napa Valley. While there is a travel fee, if you're looking for the best, we've got you covered!
